8 Min Abs

Love the 8 min abs video.
I like doing the exercise with someone and the cheesiness makes it fun.

    So many things about that video crack me up. I love it! Haven't tried to do it yet, I watched it while eating my dinner apple. Is that wrong?? :)

    I'm actually thinking about doing an 8 minute abs for the year 2011. Update the music and stuff.
