Bad day for eating

Let me start by saying I absolutely did NOT cheat!
I won't bore you with the details but one thing lead to another and I did not eat until 4pm !!!!!
Bad, bad, bad very bad.

When I did eat I ate a very good PCP meal and did not over do it.

I vow tomorrow will be a letter perfect day.

  1. I have many days like this. Not really cheating, but days when my timing is all messed up. I'll first eat at 8:30am, but then find myself eating lunch at 3:30, "tea" at 6pm, dinner at 9, etc. etc. At least you had a good meal!

  2. I've had the same thing, maybe not eating until 4 PM, but having to stagger my meals at unusual times. I find that I'm not really hungry or anything though, like it's not a big deal. I just try to make sure I fit in all the protein.

  3. I just wonder what to do on days like those... just pick up where you left off or try to make up for all the missing food. I do the latter and it's just too much!

  4. I wasn't hungry until about 3pm but I couldn't get any good food then so I hung on until I could.
