Oh no

The cravings have hit.  Hard.

  1. Take a deep breath, walk around, get out of the kitchen, it's almost time for dinner or evening snack... (these are the things I tell myself when I get cravings).. Then I make an iced coffee...

  2. Oh no! Yes totally get out of the kitchen... it will pass and you can stifle that craving! It will become just one more craving you didn't give in to!

  3. You've got this. Just distract, distract, distract. The more you turn up your nose, the easier it gets to do it again.

  4. Do what I do... have a tall glass of ice-water. Fills your tummy and satisfies thirst. Sometimes thirst triggers your body into thinking it needs to eat. If that's what's driving it, you will feel better in minutes.

    Also, burn your chocolate on a pyre in the backyard.
